To get the latest version: If you haven’t updated your POS program in the last few days, close the program on your computer. When you re-launch it, a popup will prompt you to “Download & Install” the latest version.

Online orders coming from your website can communicate with the First Choice POS system instantly – including changing your inventory, updating balances, and keeping track of the same customers in your retail store and online.

Advanced Returns
The newly created Advanced POS Return makes returns easier than ever:
- Scanning the receipt automatically pulls up the customer.
- If you don’t have a receipt, you can select the transaction by customer history and start the return.
- Full transaction details of the original purchase are shown.
- Multiple items can be returned at once, without having to return each item individually.
- Multiple transactions can be combined in one return.
Bulk Edit Items
Make important changes to your items faster than ever. The new editable reports function allow you to change suppliers, categories, subcategories, item names, supplier lookup codes, and more…directly from the Bulk Edit Items page.
System Improvements
In addition to these new features, we’re constantly upgrading our servers, staying on top of bug fixes, and improving our systems behind the scenes. The latest version is no exception. This helps us give you smarter, smoother capabilities – so you can take care of business.
