Load Recent Customers.
Need to quickly pull up a customer you recently checked out? It’s easy with the new Load Recent Customers button. Speak to your agent to set it up in your POS.
Quantity of Items in Checkout.
Ever check out a customer and want to know how many items were sold? Now you can see the total quantity of items in a sale, right in the POS as you’re checking out – and on the receipt.
Orders From Spreadsheet.
You’ll think you’re dreaming when you try this. Got a list of items for a customer order or purchase order? Simply drag the spreadsheet into the order. The items will be added without needing to locate each one in the system. All you need is Lookup Code, Item Name and Quantity. Click here for details.
Avoid Overriding Your Work.
If you open a Purchase Order and it says Read Only Mode on top, that means someone else is working on that order. In order to prevent errors, you will not be able to make any changes until the other person finishes working.
Managers can override this with an admin-only Force Edit Mode. Please use with caution and keep in mind that changes made simultaneously by others might not be saved.

If you don’t have the latest version, close the POS program on your computer. When you re-launch it, the popup will prompt you to update to the latest version. This will give you access to the newest features. It is recommended to restart the POS daily.
