Quick Add Toolbar | Clean Up Your PO Page
Long Descriptions for Online Stores | Sub Accounts
Quick Add Items Toolbar.
Speed up adding items to purchase orders with the Quick Add Items toolbar. This functions similar to the legacy style of adding items, with the use of the Tab key on your keyboard to quickly search between fields, and other functions to add items faster.
Clean Up Your PO Page.
Want to simplify your purchase order page? Now you can choose to hide elements of the page that you don’t need. Simply click the Edit current page layout button on the bottom of the screen and check off whichever elements you want to hide.
Long Descriptions for Online Stores.
If you sell on Shopify, Amazon, or other online stores, you might be using longer descriptions to add product details further down in the listings. Now our item page has an optional section that syncs with this, where you can also customize how the text looks, add images, links, bullet points, tables and more. Click here for details.
Sub Accounts.
Use sub accounts under base customer or supplier accounts when there are multiple purchasers in a company, multiple divisions or for any account that has multiple sub-accounts.
The balance remains on the base account, but you can track who is making the purchase and what was ordered.
When you create an order, you will have the option to select the sub-account.
If you don’t have the latest version, close the POS program on your computer. When you re-launch it, the popup will prompt you to update to the latest version. This will give you access to the newest features. It is recommended to restart the POS daily.
