The business intelligence panel (BI panel) is an optional add-on to the left side of certain back-end pages – particularly orders and purchase orders.
The BI panel contains widgets with advanced tools, including:
- Linked Orders
- Linked Payments
- Price Calculations
- Relevant History
- Transaction Readout
- Supplying & Receiving Orders in Multiple Shipments

If you regularly compare your purchase orders to printouts from the supplier, this is for you. We can set you up with a widget in the BI panel that reads out the order for you.
Submit a support ticket to set it up.
Custom Tax Widget.
Use this BI panel widget to apply out-of-area tax rates. All you do is enter the tax rate and click the Calculate Custom Tax button. The correct tax amount will be calculated in the totals for the order or purchase order.
Accept Payment in Customer Page.
See a balance on a customer’s page? Now you can accept payment without having to navigate away.
- Select the Financial tab on the left.
- Click Accept Payment on the right, near the balance.

If you don’t have the latest version, close the POS program on your computer. When you re-launch it, the popup will prompt you to update to the latest version. This will give you access to the newest features. It is recommended to restart the POS daily.
