The new Manage Shipments page handles orders that are sent to multiple destinations.
This is great for bulk gift orders that are being delivered to different recipients or wholesale orders for different customer locations.

Text Message Order Updates.
Want to notify your customers when an order is submitted or ready for pickup? Send text messages and/or emails automatically based on triggers like the service state.
When your system is set up to do this, all you have to do is update the order state (like complete or picked up) and the notification will be sent.

Automated Tax Calculations for Shipments.
Use our TaxJar integration to have sales tax automatically calculated. It determines the rate based on state, city, zip-code and street address. In addition to other features:
- It takes into account whether or not the sourcing for the transaction in question is origin-based or destination-based, and whether or not shipping is taxable.
- It offers address validation to make collecting sales tax for the correct address easier than ever.
Attributes for Customers.
If you’re a business that works with customers who have relationships with industry professionals, such as interior designers and contractors, you can keep track of the info in the customer page.
Use the Attributes tab and add the information you want to save.

If you don’t have the latest version, close the POS program on your computer. When you re-launch it, the popup will prompt you to update to the latest version. This will give you access to the newest features. It is recommended to restart the POS daily.
