To pay up a customer’s account balance:
- Pull up the Customer in the POS.
- In the Payment screen, press F10 on your keyboard to go to the Pay Towards Account field. Input the amount you want to pay or press plus (+) to autofill the balance on the account.
- Scan a card or press plus (+) in any payment time.

Note: You cannot pay the account balance with Account as a tender. Use cash, credit, or other payment type.
Return Customer Credit
To return remaining account funds to the customer when there’s a credit on the customer account:
Add a minus (–) before entering the amount in Pay Towards Account.
