Easily locate a customer account directly from the home screen of the POS.
Avoid the extra step of pressing F7 or selecting the Customer button on the left menu. Simply keep the customer lookup module at the top of your screen and enter customer information.
This is great for returns, for checking the status of accounts, or any time you want to look up a customer.
It’s an optional module, so if you have a small screen or don’t often use customer lookup, feel free to skip this one. Speak to your administrator to set it up.
