Install Customer Pole Display

To install the customer pole monitor:

1. Assemble the pole display (feed the cord through the pole).
2. Click here to Download the driver.
3. Plug the display into the computer’s USB.
4. Open the downloaded zip folder and double-click the software to run the installation. Follow the prompts.
   
   
   
5. Right-click the desktop background and select Display Settings.
   
   
   
6. In the Multiple displays field, select Extend desktop to this diplay from the dropdown.
   
   
   
7. Log in to the POS. Go to Management > Tools > Station Settings > Multiple Monitors.
8. Check off Enable POS Customer Viewer. In Customer monitor, select Secondary from the dropdown. Press Ok.
