Open Drawer

To open the cash drawer:

1. Select Open Drawer  from the left panel or press CTRL + D on your keyboard.

Note: If the drawer doesn’t open, check if the receipt printer is out of paper. The cash drawer is connected to the printer and won’t work if the printer has an error.
