Pay in Installments

With First Choice POS, you can accept installments for payments above $3,000 without the risk, using our SplitIt integration.

SplitIt Tender

To accept payment installations:

1. Make sure SplitIt is activated in your system. If it isn’t, speak to your agent.
2. Add items to the sale as usual. Minimum amount is $3,000.
3. Add a customer to the sale. [SplitIt it will only work if there’s a customer account.]
4. In the Payment screen, enter the amount to split in the SplitIt tender. [If you don’t see it, either the sale amount is less than $3,000 or you need to speak to your agent to add SplitIt to your account.]
   
   
5. Press Enter or Open Processing Dialog on the right. In the popup, fill in any missing details. Select the number of installments. Pay now.
   
   

1. Input the remaining amount of the sale in other tenders, if necessary. [Ex: Remaining $485 in cash.] Complete the sale.
