Item view can be adjusted to show whatever you’d like to know during a transaction.
- Right-click a column name
- Select which columns you’d like to view:
Column Names
- Lookup Code – unique item ID
- Item Name – name of the item
- On Hand – how many of the item you have in inventory
- MPQ – master pack quantity (how many of this item come in a pack)
- Case Order – how many cases to order
- Tax – tax amount
- T – indicates whether it’s a taxable item
- Reference Number – number or note for the item, which can be added by double-clicking inside the Reference Number column of the item row
- Extended – line total with quantities and discounts applied
