Our integrations include the following:

Shopify

Capabilities

  • Item Details
    • Title (Name)
    • Description (Long Description)
    • Pictures – charged based on storage if applicable
    • Cost
    • Price
    • Item Options (Attributes) – Colors, Size, Style, etc.
    • Tags (Attribute Called Tags)
    • List of Collections (Categories, but not Subcategories) – which then need to be populated in Shopify manually
    • Product Availability (Handle Published)
    • Option to enable and disable sync for a specific item
  • Orders
    • Order Synchronization
    • Match Existing Customers/Add New if needed
    • Note: Shopify integration does not have an API for partial returns; they need to be done in Shopify and in our system manually to match up.

Shopify Limitations

  • Maximum of 100 Variants (items in a pivot table)
  • Maximum 3 Options (attributes) in a pivot table
  • Maximum 1 image per Variant (SKU)
  • Item variants belong to one item; they cannot be added to multiple items (i.e. cannot have an item in multiple pivot tables)
  • Shopify doesn’t support the Style # field. The recommended option is to add the style number to the item title or description.

Pricing

$450 setup fee, includes 3 hours configuration in-house + 1 hour introduction
$0.10 per transaction

Monthly:
$25 + Shopify station fee

Picture Storage (optional):
$25 monthly includes up to 1000 GB

Note: For all integrations, we synchronize items through the SKU (Lookup Code), not Item Name.
