To create a group of attributes that are used frequently together, you can create an Attribute Set:
New Set
- Select the + New Set button at the top of the Attribute Sets table
- Type the Name for this set
- Type a Description (optional)
Add Attributes to the Attribute Set
To add the attributes to the set, you need to move them from the table on the left to the table on the right:
- In the table at the top right, select the Set on the right that you want to add attributes to (such as the one you just created)
- In the table to the left, click the Add Attribute to Attribute Set button to the right of the Attributes you want to add
This will add attributes to the list at the bottom right:
You now have a group of attributes saved in the system.
Remove Attributes
If you load an attribute group in a pivot table and don’t want all the attributes, simply click the “x” next to the attribute you want to remove:
