Labels for Last 100 Modified

To print labels from the last 100 items modified:

  1. In Step 3 above, select Print Labels from Report instead of Print Labels.
  2. Select Last 100 Modified from the Report dropdown at the top right of the screen.
  3. Hit Make Labels  to the right of the dropdown.
  4. In the new Print Item Labels screen, hit Print All at the top right (or select items and Print Selected).

Note: If an item is on the list, a label will be printed – even if the number of items in inventory is listed as 0 or a negative number. If you don’t want to print a label, select the item and press the Remove Selected  button that appears above.

Labels for Received or Receiving

To print labels for items that are received or receiving:

Carry out steps for Labels for Last 100 Modified listed above, but in Step 2 select Last Received or Receiving instead.

Label Layout

If you have more than one style of label, you can select which layout to use:

  • In the Print Item Labels screen (Step 4 above), select Item Label1 or Item Label2 at the top right of the screen.

Note: Labels can be printed in any size, but smaller is not better. If it's too small, it won't work with the scanner. Our preferred size is usually 2"x1".
