If your company transfers items frequently between locations, the Transfer Out / Receive page is a good way to do it.
Transfer Out
To send items to another location:
- In the Transfer Out / Receive page, start by selecting the Employee doing the transfer.
- Select which locations you are doing the transfer from and to.
- Scan or search the items you want to transfer. They will appear in the table below, along with how many you have on hand.
- Enter the quantity you want to move in the Qty to Move column.
- Click the green Transfer button to complete. It will print a receipt to go with the transfer.
Receive
To receive items sent from another location:
- Scan the transfer receipt.
- The transfer information will appear.
– If all the items have arrived, click the green Receive All Items button.
– If some are missing, click the orange Scan Items button and scan the items that did arrive.
