Manage Stations

To manage POS stations in store:

  1. Open your Dashboard
  2. Select Setup from the Main Navigation menu on the left
  3. Select Stations 
  4. Select the relevant station from the list

General

Input General information, including:

  • Alias
  • Description
  • Station Type
  • Site – if you have multiple store locations
  • Launch POS
  • Is Active

Printers

Set printers connected to this station:

  • Receipt Printer
  • Invoice Printer
  • Label Printer
  • Production Printers

Cash Drawers

Enable and disable cash drawers connected to this station.

OPOS Scale

Set scales connected to this station:

  • POS Customer Enabled
  • POS Customer Skin
  • POS Customer Statement Template
  • POS Customer Video Folder

Multiple Monitors

  • POS Screen Name – name for cashier’s screen
  • POS Customer Screen Name – name for customer’s screen

Additional Settings

  • PC Charge Alias
  • Application Update Mode
  • Application Update Time

 

  • Find Viewer Height
  • Find Viewer Width
  • Find Viewer X Position
  • Find Viewer Y Position

 

  • Full Receipt Template
