Payments Page

To accept payments in the back end:

  1. Open your Dashboard.
  2. Select Transactions from the Main Navigation menu on the left.
  3. Select Payments.
  4. Select + New Payment above the table.
  5. Select the Type of payment: Customer Payment, Customer Refund, Supplier Payment, Supplier Credit.
  6. Select the Customer or Supplier (double-click in the field to pull up the Finder).
  7. Select Open from the top right of the page to start the payment.
  8. Select Load Payable Items from the bottom of the screen. It will populate the table with items that can be linked to the payment.
  9. Select the Add Tender button.
  10. Then Please Select, which will open a dropdown to select the tender type. If it’s cash, you can select the dollar bills in the payment. for any other tender, fill out the information as usual.
  11. Select Save at the top of the page.
  12. When finished with the payment, change the state from Open to Closed.
