Purchase Order History

The POS system keeps track of all changes to purchase orders. They can be viewed on the History page.

To access: Click History on the bottom right of the PO.


Restore Earlier Version

To revert to an earlier version of the PO:

  1. In the PO History page, click the Restore button on the version you want to go back to.


  2. Select which items you want to restore:
  3. Click Restore. The window will close and the PO will go back to the selected version.

Search History

You can also search the history for all items that were added to or removed from the purchase order.

To search:

  1. Click on the arrow at the top of the History page. It will expand the search fields.
  2. Type your search in the appropriate field.
  3. Click Enter.

You can see what the items were, who added or removed them, and additional information.
