Multi Select Mode

When you use the system finder in the back end, clicking on an item immediately selects it and closes the Finder window to speed up your efficiency.

However, if you want to select multiple items before closing the Finder:

  1. Select Multi Select Mode  at the top of the table.
  2. Click on the first item.
  3. Select additional items while pressing CTRL or Shift on your keyboard (see below).
  4. Select Apply Selection  to insert what you chose and close the window.

Select List

Select starting row, then press Shift and select ending row:

Click and drag the mouse over selected items:

 


Select Clear Selection  to start again.

Un-check Multi Select Mode (click again) to remove this mode and go back to selecting items that immediately get added.
