Void Payment

To void a payment:

1. Select More Action  from the left panel of the POS.
2. Select Void  in the next menu.
3. Select from several Void options:

• Void This Payment – if you’re in middle of a payment
• Void Payment – shows previous payments to void
• Print Payment Void – prints a receipt for the voided payment
• Abort – gets rid of a sale that has been on hold
